Delegate Conference Package - Half Day

8.00am – 12noon OR 1.00pm to 5.00pm

$70 per person, minimum of 20 delegates

• Plenary conference room hire
• Filtered & Nespresso coffee, a selection of Pickwick teas and orange juice on arrival
• Your selection from our morning OR afternoon tea specialty breaks menu (choose one only)
• Your selection from our Working Style stand-up buffet luncheons served with freshly brewed coffee, Pickwick teas and soft drinks
• Notepads, pens, iced water and sweet selection
• Standard audio visual equipment including Screen, Non-electronic Whiteboard and flipchart with markers

**For events with less than 20 delegates a surcharge of 10% to the day delegate rates quoted above will apply**

Additional Audio Visual Equipment

Audio Visual Dynamics are our onsite audio visual technicians.  We would be happy to provide a quotation for you.  Please note The Sebel Heritage Yarra Valley in conjunction with Audio Visual Dynamics requires an Audio Visual Dynamics technician on duty to be present whenever an outside audio visual/production company are involved in an event or conference within the venue.

Hourly rate for technician on duty - $69.50 per hour (including GST), minimum call charge of 3 hours applicable.
