Reservations - Pre-booking your treatment is essential so we can best accommodate your needs. Please check-in at Mii Spa at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have adequate time to change into your robe and slippers, enjoy a herbal tea or refreshing drink before your treatment. Please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly.

Cancellation and Re-scheduling - If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know within 24* hours of your treatment, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value will apply. A fee of 100% for all spa services reserved will be applied for 'no-shows' or cancellations on public holidays. 48* hours notice is required for conference, group and package bookings. All treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Gender Preference - We have both male and female professional therapists available at some spas. If you have a preference, please let us know when you make your reservation.

Pre-Natal and Children - Mii Spa is pregnancy friendly. Please let us know of your pregnancy when you reserve your booking to ensure both your wellness and enjoyment. Some spa treatments may require you to be over your first trimester. Please advise at time of booking of any major health concerns. Mii Spa also extends itself to those of 14 years and above, however, please ask about our special spa options for children.

Special Considerations - We reserve the right to refuse treatment to guests who arrive intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances. Our therapists are trained professionals and any inappropriate behaviour will end your treatment instantly.

What to Wear - Casual attire is best. Robes and slippers will be provided to you on arrival.

Valuables - Please leave your valuables in your hotel room or the hotel's safe. We cannot take responsibility for valuables left in the change room lockers or robes.

Gift Certificates - Whatever the occasion, we are happy to arrange a Gift Certificate for any spa treatment, service or spa product. You may wish to create your own personalized gift or choose a treatment from our spa menu. Your treatment can be combined with overnight accommodation and dinner or breakfast package.
