What time may I have my Reception from?

The hotel has a license for Noise and Alcohol until midnight.  The package is based on a 5 hour period.  Only guests staying in house can utilise the Hotel bar at conclusion of the evening.

What beverages can I have?

The wines as stated per package are the only wines inclusive in each package price.  However, you may pay an upgrade fee per person for the wine to be upgraded.  Should you require any spirits for the event, these may only be purchased on a Cash Bar Basis or charged on Consumption.  BYO beverages are not permitted.

How do my guests access the room?

Yarra Restaurant and Angora - Located on the first level in the Clubhouse Floor

Marmion Ballroom - access via main hotel lobby.

Car parking - Located in the General Day Guest Parking Area

Do you tentatively hold function space?

The Sebel Heritage will Tentatively hold space for a maximum of 7 days, which will allow you to arrange the signing of your contract and payment of first deposit.

What time can I set up from?

Please note access times are not able to be confirmed until one week prior the reception.

Do you have minimum spends or minimum numbers?

Yarra Restaurant has minimum of 80 guests, with a maximum of 130 guests seated inclusive of the bridal table and a dance floor.  And a maximum of 160 guests in Marmion Ballroom seated inclusive of the bridal table and a dance floor.  However should you have a smaller group we would be happy to customise your Package to suit.

What are the deposit and payment arrangements?

Upon confirming your reception with The Sebel Heritage will issue a contract at which time you will have 7 working days to sign and return with the first deposit outlined in the Terms and conditions.  Full prepayment will be due 2 weeks prior to wedding reception.

When can I come and see the function rooms?

To make an appointment to view the reception rooms please contact the wedding coordinator on 03 9760 3326 to make an appointment.  Appointments will be dependant upon room availability.
